Active Performance Clinic ("us", "we" or "our") operates https://www.activeperformanceclinic.com.au (the "Site"). This page explains our policies on the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive from users of the Site and clients of the clinic.

Information collection and use

While using our Site we may ask you to provide personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, such as your name, email address, postal address and phone number. We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional material and other information that may be of interest. You can opt out of any or all of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any email we send.

Health information you provide for treatment, including through our online booking system (Cliniko), is used only to deliver safe and appropriate care and is handled in line with Australian privacy law.

Forms and bookings

Messages sent through our contact and newsletter forms are delivered by a third-party form service to our clinic email. Online bookings are processed by Cliniko, whose privacy policy also applies to the information you enter there.

Log data and analytics

Like many site operators we collect information your browser sends when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit and time spent on pages. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used.

Cookies

Cookies are small data files that may include an anonymous unique identifier, sent to your browser and stored on your device. We use cookies for analytics and for the embedded booking system. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when a cookie is sent, but some parts of the Site, such as online booking, may not work without them.

Security

The security of your personal information is important to us, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We use commercially acceptable means to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
