Getting here from Barangaroo
Two routes work well.
Along the water: from Barangaroo South, follow the promenade past King Street Wharf and around Cockle Bay to the city end of Pyrmont Bridge. Walk up Market Street, cross Sussex Street, and number 22 is in the block around Kent Street, about 12 minutes from the International Towers end.
Through the streets: take Wynyard Walk towards Wynyard Station, come out onto Kent Street and head south across King Street to Market Street; number 22 is in that block.
From the metro station or Barangaroo Reserve, add a few minutes to either route. Inside, take the lift to Level 14; the clinic is Suite 1405.
Best times to book if you’re near Barangaroo
With a 12-minute walk each way, lunchtime is the tricky window: a 45-minute follow-up plus the round trip is close to 70 minutes, so it suits a long lunch.
Before work is simpler: a 7am appointment has you out by 8am after a first visit or 7:45 after a follow-up, and at your desk around 8:15.
After work is the relaxed option: appointments run to 7pm, so a 5:30pm or 6pm slot lets the metro and Wynyard peak thin out. Hospitality staff can fit a mid-afternoon booking before an evening shift. Saturday is by appointment; Sunday we are closed.
What people from Barangaroo usually come in for
Two different groups walk over. The towers send desk-related problems: neck and shoulder tension that builds through the week, mid-afternoon headaches, and lower backs that seize up after long stints sitting. Remedial massage and dry needling deal with the tightness, and exercise therapy keeps things moving between visits. See neck pain, shoulder pain and back pain.
The other group trains hard. Barangaroo Reserve and the foreshore are busy with runners early, and these visits are about recovery: cupping, red light therapy and soft-tissue work for calves, hamstrings, glutes and hips. Hospitality staff from the bars and restaurants are a smaller third group, with sore feet, calves and lower backs.
Wear whatever you can move in. We use towel draping, so office clothes are fine for a massage; shorts or a loose top help for needling or exercise work. Bring a dry top if you are coming from a run, plus any scans or referral notes, and allow an extra 10 minutes on a first visit for paperwork.
