Getting here from Queen Victoria Building (QVB)
The QVB runs the length of the block between Market Street and Druitt Street, so start at the Market Street end, at ground level. Leave through the Market Street doors and turn left, heading west. Cross York Street and then Clarence Street; the clinic’s building is in the block around Kent Street. The walk is about 3 minutes with a gentle downhill slope.
Take the lift to Level 14 and look for Suite 1405. It is an office building rather than a spa, so expect a clinical setting.
Best times to book if you’re near Queen Victoria Building (QVB)
Visitors have more flexibility than office workers, so use it. Online booking shows live availability, so if you decide on the day you can see whether a mid-morning or early-afternoon slot is open, then wander back through the QVB or down to Darling Harbour afterwards.
If you work in retail around the QVB, Pitt Street Mall or Market Street, the hours suit shift patterns: book 7am before an opening shift, or 6pm after you close out. Saturday appointments are arranged on request rather than booked online, and we are closed on Sunday.
What people from Queen Victoria Building (QVB) usually come in for
Three groups make up most of the visits from this end of Market Street.
- Shoppers and visitors: a general remedial massage for tired legs and a back that has been carrying bags, or stiffness after a long flight if you are staying nearby. Red light therapy can be added for recovery.
- Retail and hospitality staff: hours on your feet show up as lower back and hip ache, with sore calves and feet. We combine massage with cupping and a few targeted exercise therapy drills. See back pain.
- Office workers from the surrounding towers: neck and shoulder tension, headaches, and shoulders that no longer reach overhead comfortably. Dry needling is useful here. See neck pain and shoulder pain.
Wear anything comfortable. We drape with towels and only uncover the area being treated, so day clothes are fine, although shorts help if your legs are the focus. New clients should allow about 10 minutes for paperwork and bring any scans or referral letters.
